Pela primeira vez na hist\u00f3ria do munic\u00edpio de Ipojuca, uma mulher ser\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel por comandar a Guarda Municipal, corpora\u00e7\u00e3o formada por mais de 400 agentes. A nomea\u00e7\u00e3o da inspetora Luciana Xavier da Rocha como Comandante Geral, ocorrida nesta quinta (29), na Quadra do IFPE de Ipojuca, representa um marco de representatividade e um avan\u00e7o na valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da for\u00e7a feminina nas estruturas de seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n

Reconhecida pelo compromisso, compet\u00eancia e trajet\u00f3ria exemplar dentro da corpora\u00e7\u00e3o, a nova comandante assume o desafio de fortalecer ainda mais a atua\u00e7\u00e3o da Guarda Municipal em prol da seguran\u00e7a dos ipojucanos.<\/p>\n

\u201c\u00c9 uma honra representar nossa institui\u00e7\u00e3o. \u00c9 um marco hist\u00f3rico, n\u00e3o apenas para mim, mas para todas as mulheres que acreditam na for\u00e7a, na compet\u00eancia e na dedica\u00e7\u00e3o. Eu me sinto capaz e, junto com toda a corpora\u00e7\u00e3o, conseguiremos fazer um excelente trabalho e elevar, cada vez mais, a Guarda Civil Municipal do Ipojuca\u201d,<\/em>\u00a0afirmou a comandante Luciana Xavier.<\/p>\n

Ao lado dela, o cargo de Subcomandante ser\u00e1 ocupado pelo Instrutor Adalberto Meira de Oliveira Neto, profissional experiente e respeitado na \u00e1rea, refor\u00e7ando uma gest\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica e comprometida com resultados.<\/p>\n

O secret\u00e1rio de Defesa Social do Ipojuca, Wambergson Melo, tamb\u00e9m destacou a confian\u00e7a na nova lideran\u00e7a. \u201cTemos convic\u00e7\u00e3o e confian\u00e7a de que ela far\u00e1 um \u00f3timo trabalho para a Guarda e para a popula\u00e7\u00e3o.
