A decis\u00e3o foi proferida no processo n\u00ba 0000937-20.2026.8.17.8224. A condena\u00e7\u00e3o se deve a apelidos pejorativos e express\u00f5es ofensivas usados de forma reiterada nas redes sociais.<\/p>\n<p>O vereador ter\u00e1 10 dias para remover 14 publica\u00e7\u00f5es do Instagram, sob pena de multa de R$ 500,00 por dia de descumprimento. Tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 proibido de usar os apelidos depreciativos contra o prefeito, sob pena de multa de R$ 500,00 por publica\u00e7\u00e3o. A multa \u00e9 limitada a R$ 10.000,00, mas pode ser aumentada em caso de reitera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo a senten\u00e7a, a imunidade parlamentar protege a cr\u00edtica \u00e0 gest\u00e3o, mas n\u00e3o ataques pessoais sem rela\u00e7\u00e3o com o mandato. Para o juiz, os apelidos n\u00e3o informavam nada ao eleitor e serviam apenas para ridicularizar o prefeito.
