O fato aconteceu em dezembro de 2025.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">O pedido \u00e9 motivado pelos termos empregados em uma decis\u00e3o do magistrado. Silva afirmou que medidas solicitadas pela pol\u00edcia tinham o objetivo de \u201clegalizar\u201d uma \u201copera\u00e7\u00e3o clandestina\u201d, \u201cdestruir provas\u201d e \u201cobstruir\u201d uma investiga\u00e7\u00e3o federal. As informa\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o da Veja.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">As declara\u00e7\u00f5es do magistrado foram feitas ao analisar um pedido de medidas cautelares contra um policial suspeito de vazar informa\u00e7\u00f5es sigilosas. O caso est\u00e1 relacionado \u00e0 \u201cNova Miss\u00e3o\u201d, como foi chamada uma apura\u00e7\u00e3o contra funcion\u00e1rios da Prefeitura do Recife. A apura\u00e7\u00e3o foi interrompida por decis\u00e3o do ministro Gilmar Mendes, do STF.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">O pedido da Pol\u00edcia Civil ao CNJ e ao TJPE ocorre em meio \u00e0 disputa eleitoral acirrada entre a atual governadora, Raquel Lyra (PSD), e o ex-prefeito do Recife Jo\u00e3o Campos (PSB).<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Rildo Vieira da Silva tamb\u00e9m foi o respons\u00e1vel por anular uma investiga\u00e7\u00e3o sobre poss\u00edveis fraudes em contratos na Prefeitura do Recife, na chamada Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Barriga de Aluguel.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Pouco mais de um m\u00eas depois dessa decis\u00e3o, seu filho foi nomeado por Jo\u00e3o Campos para o cargo de procurador do munic\u00edpio. A nomea\u00e7\u00e3o causou pol\u00eamica porque Lucas Vieira Silva havia concorrido \u00e0s vagas de ampla concorr\u00eancia e, dois anos depois do concurso, apresentou diagn\u00f3stico de autismo e conseguiu ingressar na vaga destinada a pessoas com defici\u00eancia. Jo\u00e3o Campos anulou a escolha depois da repercuss\u00e3o negativa.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">No dia 14, o ent\u00e3o corregedor nacional de Justi\u00e7a, Mauro Campbell, determinou que o TJPE apurasse a conduta de Rildo Vieira da Silva nesse caso.
